We've seen the "clown" costumes before, but still have no idea what the hell they're all about. If anyone can explain the cultural significance of this display, please- please- leave a comment.

Those guys are WEIRD! I saw them about a week ago, eerily staring into some cell phone store (LG telecom?). They seem to target businesses. And then hang around, staring in the window. And then they move on. I really hope they're some sort of bizarro counter culture protest against big corporations. I really have no idea, though.
